Product enquiries
How do I find what products and services are
available?
Once you’re a member, you can find out what products
and services Churchmarketplace offers by using the
product menu bar on your home page. By clicking the
links, you will see what is available and who
supplies it. Alternatively, go to the product search
page and press the links.
Click here to see our products and services page
What if I can’t find what I want?
The product menu bar lists category types, not every
item so if you are unable to find what you are
looking for, you can use the product search item and
type in the specific item that you’re looking for.
Alternatively, you can contact the Churchmarketplace
team via the
contact us page.
Are catalogues available?
While many people love online shopping, we recognise
that not everyone does! Some of our suppliers
provide catalogues so if you prefer to order from a
catalogue, do request one directly from the supplier
or we can request it for you.
Pricing comparisons, bill analysis and quotes
All our suppliers offer free, no obligation quotes, pricing comparisons and bill analysis services. Should you wish to arrange a quote or pricing comparison, do please contact the supplier directly or get in touch with the Churchmarketplace team.
Suppliers
How do I find which suppliers Churchmarketplace
uses?
Churchmarketplace has three types of supplier:
Official Suppliers, Religious Communities, and White
Pages. We are unable to share supplier lists with
non-members.
Official Suppliers
These suppliers have been through a thorough vetting and endorsement process by the Churchmarketplace procurement team, which has ensured that the specific needs of the Catholic community are provided for, negotiated discounts and put formal contracts in place.Sponsored Suppliers
Churchmarketplace is committed to supporting the ‘cottage industries’ of our religious communities.White Pages
These suppliers have been recommended by our members and have not been through the same vetting process as the official suppliers. To find out more about the supplier selection process, please click here
How do I contact the suppliers?
Supplier contact details can be found by pressing
the ‘more information’ link on the supplier results
pages or by linking to the supplier website from the
portal.
Can I arrange a supplier visit?
All our suppliers are happy to come and visit you in
your place of work to assess and review your
particular requirements. Simply contact the supplier
directly or via the Churchmarketplace office to set
this up.
What do I do if I have supplier problems?
In the event of a problem arising which the
dedicated supplier account manager is unable to
rectify, please do not hesitate to contact the
Churchmarketplace team so that we can step in and
assist. That’s what we’re here for.
What about my current suppliers?
It is recognised that there are many excellent local
and regional suppliers who have been serving the
Church well. This is why we have created the
White Pages. Rather like Yellow Pages, this is
a list of suppliers provided for the convenience of
Churchmarketplace members. There is an option
on the website where you can recommend a supplier to
be added to the list and their details will be
forwarded to the Supplier Liaison team.
Ordering
How do I order?
All orders are placed directly with the supplier and
not via Churchmarketplace.
Online orders
You can buy online from those suppliers that show a
green ‘buy from supplier’ button. Clicking the
button will take you to the supplier site.
Orders by phone and fax
For all other suppliers, or if you prefer, you can
order by phone, fax or email. Please always identify
yourself as a Churchmarketplace member when ordering
by phone, fax or email so as to ensure you receive
the correct pricing.
Supplier contact details
Supplier contact numbers and email addresses can be
found under the ‘more information’ link on the
supplier results page.
Payment
For Schools and Catholic Organisation membership accounts, you have the choice to pay either by invoice* or card. Whichever payment method is used, your relationship is directly with the supplier; no money comes through Churchmarketplace.
* Please check the invoice payment terms with each supplier as they may differ.
Payment issues
Should you experience a problem with your payment,
the dedicated supplier account manager working with
their credit control department will be able to
assist you in the first instance. If the situation
is not resolved, please get in touch with the
Churchmarketplace team for further assistance.
